Creature Animation Practice

Over the summer between my second and third year of university I decided to practice some creature animation as most of my time is aimed at character animation. I decided to go for a shot of a leopard walking across a log in front of a waterfall. I had filmed a back plate whilst out on a bike ride nearby and instantly thought of a shot from the Disney's The Jungle Book.

It involved bagheera the panther passing by a waterfall along with Mowgli. I liked the composition and thoughts that it would be fun to animate a character infront of a backplate. Here is my attempt.
